The only requirement to be
a member of VAHA is that current dues are paid and a current
membership application is on file. Membership is open to any person regardless
of age, race, religious ideology or gender.
The yearly membership dues are
$30.00 per family. This will include a printed copy of the newsletter
picked up at the meeting or mailed. The newsletter will be available on line
as well for all members (probably before the meeting). If you are happy with
the online version and do not want a printed version then you are entitled to
a $5 discount making membership only $25.00.
You DO NOT need to be a paid
member to attend monthly meetings or field trips. If you would like to become
a full member, your membership entitles you to a bi-monthly newsletter, member
contact list, voting privileges, and standardized testing resources and
facilities. FACT classes are free for members and we will have
discounts for field trips for members. You can pick up a member form
at one of our monthly meetings or print one from this website.
